We are able to grant a full refund prior to 24hr of cleaning service. There will be a 50% fee applied otherwise. If we are unable to access your home the day of the service, we will try all methods of contacting you. However, if we are unable to reach you, there will be no refund granted.
If client display symptoms of COVID-19, we will refuse service and cleaners will leave the area immediately. No refund will be granted as it is your responsibility to notify us about symptoms prior to service.
